Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

• Appointments must be cancelled/rescheduled within 24 hours of your appointment time.
• Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours will result in a 50% cancellation/late reschedule fee, charged using the card on file. 
• No call/no shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.
• After 2 no call/no shows, services will no longer be available to book.

Late cancellations/reschedules due to illness may have the fee waived, but it will be in a case by case basis. 

We understand that life happens and situations may arise that result in needing to cancel your appointment. Please let us know as soon as possible by CALL or TEXT only.
